November/December 2019 Luncheon

It's so hard to believe it's nearly time for the next luncheon!  Time sure flies!

We have a lot going on over the next few weeks.  Monday is Veteran's Day as you all know.  We will have a float and a vehicle in the parade.  The Air Power Council will also have a few new trucks in the parade.  We still have room for members to ride in either.  We'd love to have you.  No uniform required, just your presence!  I know the weather won't be great but if you wish to ride on the Roll Call float please meet at the Panther Island Pavillion between 0800 and 0930.  It will be decorated that morning starting at 0800 so if you are so inclined, come on out early and help out.

For the Nov and Dec luncheon we will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for the Toys for Tots program.  Volunteer information is also in the newsletter.  What a great way to spend a few hours a day here and there!  If you have questions see SSG Jason Smith (USMC) or Dan Varnedore at the luncheon!

There are only 2 weeks between the luncheons so you will only receive the one newsletter.  Feel free to RSVP for both at once or you can do it individually.  Please do not "reply all".  While you can't see those that are in the distribution list, there are many.  If you don't get a response from me within a couple of days, your RSVP may have gotten missed in the way the replies come in to this new email.  Don't hesitate to simply email me at mary @ roll-call.og.

I have also attached the new attendee form should you know anyone who would like to join this great organization.  They can fill it out and bring it to the luncheon or email it back by the RSVP deadline to get a nametag (vets) made for the next luncheon.  I'm sure these two will fill quickly.  We can take 325 per fire code so the RSVP is critical!

Can't wait to see you all!
